_DSC0016a_w500Christopher Joseph Mindfulness Training & Coaching was founded in 2010 by Christopher Joseph.

Chris first experienced the benefits of mindfulness meditation in 2007, and attended a Breathworks Cardiff mindfulness course himself in 2008. Through the development of his own practice he fully recognised the transformational powers that practicing mindfulness had to offer and wanted to provide others with the opportunity to learn and benefit from mindfulness themselves.

We view mindfulness not just as a collection of techniques but as a way of living and engaging with the world. As such we believe that practicing mindfulness can benefit everyone – no matter what their walk in life.

The company is therefore committed to making professional mindfulness training and coaching accessible to all. We do this through running group courses and one to one sessions. We are based in Caerphilly, South Wales, and offer courses in Cardiff and the local vicinity. We also offer one to one sessions in person, on the phone or via Skype. Our trainers are experienced mindfulness practitioners and have their own personal meditation practice. We adhere to the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teacher Trainers Good Practice Guidelines.

The course was well structured and fun… I have learnt to take some time out for myself. The CD’s are really good for helping with the home practice. Chris was very good at recapping from the previous week, jogging the memory and then building on that information. He made us all feel at ease which enabled us to talk quite openly.
